The Full Take
The 2020 City Advent Calendar does what the format promises: 24 doors, a mix of vehicles, minifigs, and tiny seasonal scenes that keep kids (and adults) reaching for the next window. Six minifigures is a solid showing, and the City theme keeps everything feeling cohesive rather than random. The builds lean small, which is the nature of advent calendars, but a few windows feel like obvious filler. At $30 it's not a steal — you're paying a calendar premium over what the parts would justify on their own. The seasonal charm is real, though; there's something genuinely fun about the daily ritual that raw piece counts can't capture.
