Star Wars Advent Calendars live or die by their daily reveals, and the 2021 edition is fine — seven minifigs is a solid haul, but $40 for a seasonal set that's mostly micro-builds feels like a stretch.
Is the price fair?C-Forty dollars for a calendar this thin on standout moments is a tough sell.

The Full Take
Seven minifigs across 24 doors is the real draw here, and the 2021 lineup pulls from enough corners of the galaxy to keep most Star Wars fans engaged through December. The micro-builds range from charming to forgettable — a few clever ship models sit alongside some truly uninspired brick stacks. At $40 MSRP this always felt priced a notch too high for what's inside, and that D on price isn't harsh, it's just math. The minifig selection does a lot of the heavy lifting; strip those out and the calendar loses most of its replay value. That said, as a holiday ritual for a Star Wars household, it delivers the countdown experience it promises — just don't expect it to blow anyone away. A C overall is fair: it's a decent seasonal buy, not a landmark set.
