The Full Take
The Delta-7 silhouette is unmistakable, and LEGO® nails the basic shape well enough that it reads clearly on a shelf. But 262 pieces at $24.99 is a tough sell when the build wraps up in under an hour and leaves you wanting more. You get Yoda and Anakin as minifigs, which is a solid pairing, and the hyperspace ring add-on idea is fun in concept. The play features are serviceable — a couple of spring shooters, an opening cockpit — but nothing here surprises a kid who's already seen a few Star Wars sets. As a collector piece it's fine, not a showstopper. Where this set quietly redeems itself is the secondary market: it holds value with room to grow, which is more than most sub-$25 sets can claim. A B- is fair — likable but unambitious.
