The Ninjago Movie line had its highs, but Spinner sits firmly in the polybag-tier filler zone. Twenty-two pieces gets you a small disc launcher, no character, and a build you'll finish before your coffee cools. What you get for the money scores surprisingly well — the problem is there's just not much of it. Zero minifigs means zero personality, and zero personality means zero shelf presence. It's the kind of set that ends up in a parts bin after one afternoon, which is fine if that's all you're after. A C is probably generous.
