Technic works at large scales where the engineering complexity justifies the format — stripped down to impulse size, there's not enough going on structurally or visually to make this feel like a Technic build. The price grade lands at D+, which means you're not getting a deal to soften the blow either. As a display piece it reads unfinished; as a play set it lacks the tactile complexity kids actually want from Technic. The C- on hold value is the one relative bright spot, but that's a low bar.
