Zane-Mech is a 99-piece mech with no minifig inside — which is either a bold design choice or the one thing that'll bug you every time you look at it.
The parts alone are worth about 130% of the street price — the basis for this B+ price read.
BargainThe parts alone are worth more than you pay — $9 of parts for $7.
A mech without a pilot is a strange call, and Zane-Mech leans into that without much apology. At 99 pieces it's a small set, and the build reflects that — there's not a ton of complexity here, just a tight little robot in Ninjago blue-and-white. The price lands at a fair spot for what it is, so you're not being asked to overpay for the simplicity. What you're really buying is display flavor for a Ninjago shelf, and on that front it delivers a decent amount of character. The hold on value is where things get shaky — small mechs in ongoing themes rarely retire into strong demand. Buy it because you want it, not because you're banking on it.
