The build experience here is essentially nonexistent — 21 pieces is a warm-up round, not a session. This one belongs in a different category entirely.
Is the price fair?A+Practically impulse-buy pricing for a licensed Harry Potter product — hard to argue with.
Will you love it?A+If you're a HP kid (or buying for one), the book-plus-bricks combo punches above its price.
Holds its value?C-Don't buy this expecting the secondary market to do you any favors.

The Full Take
This is a sticker/activity book bundled with 21 LEGO® pieces, and judging it as a traditional set would miss the point entirely. The price point is absurdly accessible — the kind of thing you throw in a cart without thinking twice. For young Harry Potter fans, the combo of a book and a handful of bricks hits differently than either would alone. There's no build to write home about and zero minifigs, but that's not what this is selling. It lives in gift territory: stocking stuffer, birthday add-on, something to keep a kid busy on a rainy afternoon. The C- on resale is the only honest flag — this one's for using, not storing.
