City: Hospital Heist! is a LEGO®-branded book with a tiny build attached, and the whole thing lands as a surprisingly decent entry-level buy. The heist concept is silly in the best way — a crook and a cop in a hospital, built into a couple dozen bricks, reads more like a vignette than a playset. At this price point, expectations should be calibrated accordingly, and it mostly meets them. The minifig selection is serviceable, nothing iconic, but kids who grab the book off a shelf will get a kick out of the matching build. It won't anchor a collection or stress-test a builder, but as an impulse buy or a book report companion piece, the B- makes sense — it does its job without pretending to be more.
