A City firefighter on a water scooter is such a specific premise that it's hard not to smile at it — and for under ten bucks, that specificity is the whole point.

The Full Take
There's something refreshing about a set that knows exactly what it is: a quick, cheap, themed impulse buy built around one goofy-great scenario. The water scooter design is compact but reads clearly, and the firefighter minifig is a solid standalone character. At 27 pieces this isn't a building session — it's a five-minute assembly that hands a kid a little story to run with. The B on price reflects a fair deal for the category, not a standout bargain, so temper expectations accordingly. Display collectors and investors should look elsewhere, but as a small City set doing exactly what small City sets are supposed to do, it delivers.
