A cement mixer and a construction worker — this tiny City set does exactly what it says on the box, and the minifig alone gives it more charm than the price warrants.
Is the price fair?D+The set is small and the price still manages to feel ambitious for what you get.
Will you love it?BCharming in the way a well-cast background character is charming — nobody's favorite, but it fits.
Holds its value?C-Small City sets don't tend to age into anything special on the secondary market.

The Full Take
At 25 pieces, this is clearly a pocket-money set, and LEGO®'s pricing on these small City builds has gotten harder to defend. The cement mixer model is cute and instantly readable — nobody's going to mistake what it is — but there's not much surprise in the bag. The minifig is the real draw here: a solid construction worker that fits right into a larger City layout. If you're building out a worksite scene, it fills a gap without demanding shelf real estate. For a standalone purchase at full price, the value case is thin. It's the kind of set that makes more sense as an impulse grab on discount than a deliberate buy.
