The Diver with Underwater Scooter is the kind of set that ends up in a bulk lot on Bricklink three years from now. There's nothing wrong with it — the diver fig is clean, the scooter is a tidy little build — but at 27 pieces there's simply not enough here to justify space in a collection or excitement on a shelf.
