The Full Take
Explorer with Water Scooter is a set that knows its lane. It's a polybag-sized impulse buy dressed up as a proper set, and for $5-ish at checkout it clears the bar without embarrassing itself. The minifig is cheerful, the scooter reads well at a glance, and the whole thing snaps together in minutes. That's both the pitch and the ceiling — don't walk in expecting complexity or shelf drama. At 24 pieces it's a stocking stuffer, a birthday bag filler, a cart add-on. The B overall is a fair read: it does what it sets out to do, and that's enough.
