The Stuntman with Quad Bike is a polybag in spirit even if it isn't labeled one — 27 pieces built around a minifig and a tiny vehicle that doesn't do much of either job well. The build wraps up before you've gotten comfortable, and what's left on the table isn't interesting enough to earn shelf space.
