Policeman with Jet is one of those sets that exists to exist — a City polybag that checks the basics without doing anything memorable. The minifig is clean and the jet accessory adds a little flair, but there's no real build to speak of. At polybag prices the cost is hard to complain about, which is probably the nicest thing you can say here. Display collectors will pass, builders have nothing to sink into, and the resale floor on small City polybags is basically the pavement. If it lands in a kid's hand as a bonus gift, it'll get played with for twenty minutes and forgotten — which, honestly, is fine for what it is.
