Water Police Water Scooter is the kind of set that exists to make a kid's day, and it's weirdly good at that job. The scooter itself has a clean, convincing silhouette for something built on so few pieces — LEGO®'s City design team squeezed real character out of a tiny parts budget. The lone minifig is crisp, the color blocking pops, and the whole thing feels complete rather than sparse. It won't challenge a builder or anchor a shelf display, but it was never trying to. At this scale and price point, it's a grab-bag win for a young City fan and a painless add-on purchase for anyone filling out a water police scene.
