Phil Corey's Dump Truck is a polybag — 26 pieces, one minifig, a small but complete little scene that scratches the City itch without asking much of your wallet or your shelf space.
Is the price fair?BPromotional pricing logic applies — if you paid full retail, you overpaid.

The Full Take
There's something charming about LEGO® slapping a proper name on a polybag — Phil Corey gets his own dump truck, and honestly, good for Phil. At 26 pieces it's not going to challenge anyone, but the build is tidy and the truck reads as a truck, which is more than some polybags manage. The C+ on price is fair: this is a promotional item, so value depends entirely on how you got it — paid retail for it and the math gets uncomfortable fast. As a standalone City piece it's fine, cute even, but it won't anchor a display or a collection. Think of it as a bonus, not a purchase.
