The Full Take
The Sweeper is a City polybag that exists mostly as filler — a tiny vehicle build with a single minifig and barely three dozen pieces. There's no standout technique, no clever part usage, nothing that makes you stop and think the designer had a moment of inspiration. The vehicle itself is passable in a 'tossed in a bin at checkout' kind of way, but it doesn't look finished on a shelf and it doesn't offer much as a build. At this price point for this little, the value case collapses fast. Polybags live or die by being either a great deal or a great little set — this one is neither. City has far better small-format options that actually deliver something worth the money.
