The Full Take
This is the kind of City set that exists to pad a product lineup, not to deliver a real experience. Thirty-one pieces builds a lawnmower and not much else — the play pattern starts and ends in about four minutes. The single minifig has nowhere interesting to go, and the build offers nothing a seasoned or even casual builder will find memorable. At its price point it's not a disaster, but 'not a disaster' is a low bar. There are better ways to spend this money in the City theme alone, and this one is easy to skip without regret.
