Polybags serve a purpose in the LEGO® ecosystem, but this one is scraping the bottom of even that barrel. Twenty-three pieces and a single sanitation worker minifig is less a set and more a loose pile of bricks with branding. The build itself is forgettable in under three minutes — there's no clever technique, no satisfying moment, nothing to show for the time. The minifig is fine, and a City worker in a hi-vis vest has its charm as a completionist pickup, but that's a thin reason to exist. For nearly anyone who isn't hunting every City polybag ever printed, this one is easy to skip without a second thought.
