The Police Buggy is the definition of filler: a tiny vehicle with a single officer and barely enough bricks to fill a sandwich bag. There's nothing wrong with it exactly — the build is clean, the colors are correct — but there's nothing right about it either. At its original price point it felt like a cash grab on the City badge rather than a genuine offering. Play value is thin, display value is thinner, and it won't do you any favors sitting in a collection years from now. Sets like this exist because City shelves needed something under ten dollars, not because anyone had a great idea. Skip it unless it's bundled into something bigger or found in a bargain bin.
