Small Ninjago sets live and die by whether the mech looks the part, and Lloyd's entry here is passable but thin. At 45 pieces, the build wraps up before it really gets going, and you'll notice the compromises in proportion and detail. The single minifig is Lloyd, which is always a crowd-pleaser for younger fans, and that carries more weight than the mech itself. Price lands in a zone that's neither a steal nor a rip-off — just sort of there, unremarkable. Display collectors and investors won't find much to get excited about, but a six-year-old who loves Ninjago won't care about any of that.
