The Republic Fighter Tank has a great name and a rough reality. At 44 pieces with zero minifigs, there's almost nothing here to hold your attention — the build wraps up in minutes and the shelf result is closer to a desk trinket than a display piece. It's a polybag-tier experience dressed up as a set. The one saving grace is a B- on value retention, which means the secondary market at least recognizes it as collectible Star Wars product. But collectible and good are different things, and this set is squarely in the former camp. Unless you're chasing the complete Clone Wars vehicle roster, there's no compelling reason to seek this out at retail.
