The Full Take
The X-wing is one of the most iconic ships in cinema history, so it deserves better than this. At 57 pieces you're basically snapping together a suggestion of an X-wing — the silhouette is there if you squint, but the detail isn't. No minifig means no pilot, no R2 unit, nothing to give it life on a shelf or in a kid's hands. The price doesn't reflect the part count, the build experience, or the display result. Sets like this exist as impulse buys near a register, and that's the only context where the math works. Even by that standard, there are better small Star Wars sets worth your dollar. A D overall isn't a surprise — nearly everything about this one undershoots.
