This is a polybag, and it behaves exactly like one — Cole shows up with his signature scythe, a micro build that's more placeholder than display piece, and 22 pieces total. The minifig is the whole product here, and Cole is one of the better Ninjago characters to get in this format. The build won't challenge anyone over age six, and that's fine, because nobody cracked this open for the construction experience. Where it gets tricky is price: polybags live and die by how close you are to MSRP, and Cole at full retail is a middling deal. Grab it as a stocking stuffer or impulse buy and it lands fine — overthink it and the C grades start to make sense.
