Power Truck is vintage Technic at its most stripped-back: gears, beams, and mechanical logic without any of the modern flash. The build runs long for the era, which is a genuine plus if you like slow, deliberate construction. But when it's done, the model sits there looking sparse — shelf presence is minimal, and the play patterns are limited even by 1981 standards. Forty-plus years of age give it some collector intrigue, but not enough to overcome a price that asks too much for what you actually get.
