Lloyd's kendo training outfit is the whole story here, and it's a good one — the gear is thematic, the minifig is sharp, and at $8.99 it's a low-risk grab for any Ninjago fan. The pod itself is a loose handful of pieces that assembles in minutes and disappears just as fast from memory. LEGO® clearly designed this around the character, not the construction, which is either fine or frustrating depending on what you came for. As a cheap way to pull a specific Lloyd variant without hunting the secondary market, it punches above its price. Just don't expect a satisfying Saturday-afternoon build session out of it.
