Hogwarts Castle: Potions Class nails the aesthetic — the dungeon classroom vibe, the cauldrons, the four minifigs including Snape — and it clicks together with other modular Hogwarts sets in a way that rewards the committed collector. But LEGO® is charging a premium that the actual build doesn't fully justify. At 396 pieces it goes by fast, and the techniques are competent without being memorable. The minifig lineup is the real draw: Snape alone moves units. As a display piece on a Harry Potter shelf it works; as a standalone purchase at full price it demands some loyalty to the theme to feel worth it. If you're already in the Hogwarts modular ecosystem this is an easy add, but cold-buy skeptics will feel the pinch.
