Early read · 1 review
The Gryffindor banner looks sharp on a shelf, but $35 for 285 pieces is a steep ask when the whole charm is just a flag and three minifigs.
Is the price fair?D+The license is doing the heavy lifting, and you're paying for every bit of it.
Will you love it?BTrio minifigs plus a clean display presence make this a warm pickup for any Harry Potter fan.
Holds its value?B-Steady enough — Harry Potter IP keeps a floor under these, just don't expect fireworks.

The Full Take
House Banner sets have a clear identity: vertical display piece, house colors, a handful of characters tied to that common room. Gryffindor pulls it off well enough — the red and gold reads immediately, and Harry, Ron, and Hermione together is a hard lineup to argue with. The build itself is short and light, which isn't a crime for something meant to sit on a shelf rather than challenge your Saturday afternoon. Where it stumbles is the price. Thirty-five dollars for this much set feels like LEGO® leaning on the license harder than the product warrants. It holds value decently, which softens the blow slightly — but you're paying a Potter tax upfront and everyone knows it.
