An Avengers Tower with zero minifigs is a bold choice — bold in the worst way. The building looks the part, but what's an Avengers set without any Avengers?
Is the price fair?A+Shockingly fair for the footprint — one of Marvel's better-priced sets in years.
Will you love it?FA tower without its heroes is just a building.
Holds its value?C-No minifigs, no nostalgia driver, no resale story.
The Full Take
New Avengers Tower lands with solid architecture and a strong shelf silhouette, but the absence of a single minifigure is a problem that no amount of clever brickwork can paper over. At $109.99 for 954 pieces, the price is legitimately hard to argue with — this is one of the better-priced Marvel sets in recent memory. But a Marvel set without heroes is like a stage with no cast: technically impressive, narratively empty. The build itself seems designed for display more than play, which creates a weird middle ground where it disappoints kids and leaves adult collectors wanting more character representation. If you're adding to a Marvel cityscape and already have the figs from other sets, the price makes this an easy pickup. Everyone else is going to feel the gap where the Avengers should be.
