Two of Marvel's biggest names sharing a set should feel like an event, and on the surface it does — six minifigs is a solid roster and the clash concept has real play energy. But $89.99 for 534 pieces is asking a lot when the build itself doesn't deliver anything you haven't seen before in the Marvel lineup. The techniques are workmanlike, the display presence is serviceable but not shelf-stopping, and the resale history on mid-tier Marvel brawler sets isn't exactly inspiring. It's the kind of set that checks every box without excelling at any of them. Kids will have fun with it, adults will build it once, and it'll live somewhere between the display shelf and the donation bin. A C+ is about right — not broken, just not essential.
