Peter Parker's apartment in LEGO® form is a sweet idea that's fighting its own price tag — $55 for 402 pieces in a Marvel climate that keeps getting stingier feels like the set is already losing the argument before you open the box.
Is the price fair?B-$55 for 402 pieces is the set's biggest villain.
Will you love it?B-Fans of the civilian Peter Parker side of the mythos will find it charming; everyone else might shrug.
Holds its value?CNothing here screams long-term demand — it's a pleasant set, not a coveted one.

The Full Take
The concept is genuinely charming: Peter Parker's cramped New York apartment, the civilian side of Spider-Man that rarely gets the spotlight in LEGO®. Four minifigs sounds decent until you realize the build itself is pretty bare-bones for the price, and $55 for 402 pieces in 2025 Marvel pricing is a tough sell. The structure has some display appeal — it's a recognizable, story-rich location — but it's not the kind of architectural showpiece that stops people in their tracks. Kids who are deep in the Spider-Man universe will get something out of it, and the Peter Parker civilian angle is a fun narrative hook that not every set offers. It's a C+ overall: likable enough if you're a fan of the character, but the price-to-substance ratio keeps it from being a clear buy for anyone outside the devoted.
