Green Goblin in Big Fig form is a bold shelf piece, but the construction figure formula has been done better — this one lands somewhere between display curiosity and shelf filler depending on how deep your Marvel devotion runs.

The Full Take
The construction figure format works best when the character has enough visual drama to carry the scale, and Green Goblin is a reasonable pick for that experiment. The cackle, the color, the villain energy — it's all there in theory. In practice, 471 pieces for a static big fig doesn't give you much to chew on during the build, and the finished model reads more like a large toy than a collector centerpiece. There's no minifig, no glider, no accessory to round it out — just Goblin, standing there. At $34.99 it's not a bad deal in absolute terms, and it won't crater in value after retirement, but it probably won't spike either. This is a set you buy because you love the character, full stop — not because the format demands it.
