A Venom mech under $15 is a good deal — and Miles gets to show up too. Solid little set that punches above its price tag without pretending to be more than it is.
Is the price fair?B+Fair for what's here — two characters, a mech, and change left over from a twenty.
Will you love it?B-Quick build, fun theme, but don't expect to revisit the instructions on this one.
Holds its value?CSecondary market is lukewarm — this one's a keeper only if you love it on the shelf.

The Full Take
Venom in mech form at $14.99 is a genuinely fun concept, and LEGO® mostly pulls it off. The build is quick but the mech has enough presence to feel like a complete thing rather than a half-measure. Miles Morales is a welcome inclusion — two minifigs at this price range is a win. The articulation won't blow anyone away, but for a Marvel set aimed at the shelf above a kid's desk, it works. Where it stumbles is in staying power: the mold-heavy mech design doesn't offer much for a builder to chew on, and the secondary market isn't likely to reward patience. Buy it for the fun of it, not for what it might become.
