The Full Take
The Hulkbuster has always had a way of commanding a room, and the mech-style build here does land with some shelf weight. Four minifigs including Okoye and M'Baku give it some Wakanda-specific flavor that feels earned by the theme. The build experience is decent but not deep — 385 pieces moves quickly, and there's not much that challenges or surprises along the way. The price is where this stumbles: fifty dollars for this part count in 2023 is a stretch, and LEGO®'s Marvel pricing has been under a microscope for exactly this reason. It grades out to a C+ overall — a set that delivers well enough on fun and display but undercuts itself on value from the moment you see the price tag.
