Four minifigs, a chopper, and a proper villain lair for thirty bucks — Escape from The Ten Rings punches well above its price tag for a licensed Marvel set.
Is the price fair?AThirty bucks for four figs and a villain lair is a fair deal in today's licensed Marvel market.
Will you love it?B-Fun build, great villain, but the compound won't wow anyone once it's assembled.
Holds its value?B-Modest secondary market ceiling — buy it for Wenwu, not the returns.

The Full Take
Escape from The Ten Rings is one of those Marvel sets that doesn't try to do too much and lands better for it. The Ten Rings compound gives you an actual location to fight in, not just a character pack with a token wall. Four minifigs including Wenwu is the real draw — he's the kind of villain that makes the whole box worth ripping open. The helicopter is compact but credible, and the build itself moves fast without feeling pointless. At $29.99 it sits in that comfortable zone where it's easy to recommend without overthinking it. Not a shelf centerpiece, not a collector grail — just a solid Marvel set that delivers what it promises.
