Miles Morales is one of Marvel's best characters, so naturally LEGO® handed him a generic mech suit that could belong to just about anyone. The Spider-verse aesthetic that makes Miles special — the comic-dot shading, the kinetic style — doesn't survive the translation to this format. The build itself clocks in fast and forgettable, the kind of set that's done before you've settled in. The minifig is fine, but one figure in a $9.99 set still feels like the bar is being set on the floor. It's not offensive, just deeply unremarkable — a C+ that coasts on the name on the box rather than anything inside it.
