The Full Take
The Hulkbuster suit is legitimately iconic, and LEGO®'s chunky interpretation of it has real shelf presence for a set this size. Four minifigs including Iron Man and A.I.M. agents give kids actual characters to fight over, which counts for something. But 456 pieces at $39.99 is a tough sell when comparable Marvel sets deliver more build for the money. The A.I.M. lab backdrop is functional rather than inspired — it exists to justify the villain side of the box, not to add display value. If the Hulkbuster is the only reason you're here, it delivers. If you want a full build experience or a sense of real value, the math doesn't work in your favor.
