The Infinity War wave had some real stinkers in the value department, and this one quietly bucked the trend. Five minifigs for $40 is a lineup you'd normally expect at the $60–$70 tier, and the character selection — two Black Order villains plus three Avengers — made this a must-grab for Marvel collectors in 2018. The build itself is modest: a thresher vehicle that's functional without being spectacular, and the alien scenery won't wow anyone. But the minifig haul carries so much weight that the set's shortcomings in the build department barely register as a complaint. It landed a B+ overall, and the price grade was the engine behind that.
