The Full Take
The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 wave had a lot riding on it, and Ayesha's Revenge is the weak link. Four minifigs including a golden Ayesha and a Taserface are the draw here, but the Sovereign ship they're supposed to inhabit is barely more than a frame. The build itself is thin — not in a clever, micro-scale way, just thin. At $29.99 for 324 pieces, the price isn't catastrophic, but the experience doesn't justify it either. This is a set you buy for the characters, shelve once, and mostly forget. It's not a disaster, but in a theme full of better options, it's hard to make a case for it.
