The minifig lineup is the headline here: four characters including both Hulks is solid for this price tier. But the actual build — a rocky terrain setup with minimal structure — doesn't give those figures much of a stage. Red Hulk was a rare get in 2017, and that novelty carried a lot of weight at release. The problem is that the set as a whole feels like an accessory pack with ambitions it couldn't back up. For a C, it's not offensive, just underwhelming in ways that are hard to ignore once you see it assembled.
