Wicked is a massive IP and LEGO®'s debut entry nails the most iconic image from the story: that shimmering green skyline. The build is layered and vertical, which gives it real shelf presence without eating your entire display case. Five minifigs for a licensed set at this price point is respectable coverage — Glinda and Elphaba are obviously the draws, and they deliver. The price sits a hair above comfortable for 945 pieces in a licensed line, but you're paying for the IP and the build quality together. It won't blow the doors off as an investment, and the secondary market for movie tie-ins can be unpredictable once the theatrical buzz fades. What it does do well is land squarely for fans of the show or film who want something meaningful to put on a shelf — this isn't filler, it's a centrepiece.
