Darth Maul deserves better than this. The bust format has worked well for LEGO® before, but the proportions here feel off in a way that's hard to unsee — the horns, the face, the scale all conspire against the character's actual menace. At 104 pieces for $29.99 you're not getting robbed, and the secondary market has held reasonably well for a retired set, but neither fact rescues the display from looking a bit goofy on a shelf next to sharper busts. This is a set where the idea outpaced the execution. Star Wars collectors will know the name; the execution won't make you forget that.
