A giant Darth Vader helmet that's already been done better — the 2022 bust had presence and complexity; this scaled-up minifig body reads more like a novelty gift than a serious collector piece.
Is the price fair?B+Fair for the size, not exceptional for the experience.
Will you love it?C+Fun concept, but the format runs out of wow faster than the shelf space it takes up.
Holds its value?BVader IP keeps a floor under it — steady, not spectacular.

The Full Take
The Up-Scaled Darth Vader Minifigure lands in that awkward zone where the concept is fun to explain but harder to live with on a shelf. LEGO® has done the Vader bust, the helmet, the UCS suits — so a chunkified minifig body needs a strong argument, and this one doesn't quite make it. At $99.99 for 1028 pieces it's not a rip-off, and the B+ on price reflects that the ask is fair for what you're getting. The C+ overall though is honest: without a minifig companion, a clever interior, or a build that surprises, it's carrying its weight on nostalgia and brand recognition alone. That's enough for some people — Vader merch always moves — but measured against LEGO®'s own Star Wars display catalog, this one sits in the middle of the pack. Buy it if the giant-minifig format genuinely delights you, not because you expect it to be the centerpiece of a serious collection.
