Grogu's Homestead sounds like a can't-miss Star Wars set until you look at what $19.99 actually gets you: 107 pieces, zero minifigs, and a micro-scale homestead that barely fills your palm. The Baby Yoda IP carries enormous goodwill, and LEGO® is leaning on that hard here. There's nothing wrong with the set, exactly — it's just light in a way that stings at the price. A minifig, even one, would have changed the conversation entirely. As a display piece it reads more like a promotional freebie than a shelf anchor. The C overall feels right: not broken, just underwhelming for what fans of the character actually want.
