The Desert Skiff is solid enough — swooshable, loaded with six minifigs including Jabba's goons — and the Sarlacc tentacles add some grotesque charm. But $80 for 565 pieces of mostly sand-colored plates and a pit that's half-empty by design is a tough sell. The build experience is quick and the display footprint leans more 'scene' than 'centerpiece.'
