The pricing on BD-1 is almost suspiciously fair for a licensed Star Wars build, and that alone gets people in the door. The build itself leans into mechanical complexity — poseable limbs, a layered torso, a head that tilts with that signature curious-bird energy — but the final shelf presence is modest for a hundred-dollar set. It reads better in person than in photos, which is either a good sign or a warning depending on how you shop. One minifig (Cal Kestis) is a nice bonus but feels thin as a value-add at this scale. Fans of Jedi: Fallen Order will get the most out of it; casual Star Wars collectors might find it a little niche to justify the footprint.
