The Darth Vader Helmet is a prestige shelf piece first and foremost — big, dark, unmistakably iconic — and it delivers on that promise if display is your thing. The build itself is a decent afternoon of shaping and stacking, with some satisfying curve work that the Helmet series does better than most bust sets. But $79.99 for 834 pieces with zero minifigs and no play angle is a stretch, and LEGO® knows the IP carries enough weight to charge a premium. Love it or leave it comes down almost entirely to whether you have a shelf that needs a Sith Lord centerpiece. The C- reflects a set that's competent but not compelling — great execution of a narrow idea at a price that expects you not to blink.
