The Full Take
At $19.99, this is LEGO®'s entry-level X-wing pitch: two minifigs, a small-but-recognizable ship, and a twenty-minute build. The charm is in the form factor — it reads as an X-wing at a glance, which is about as much as you can ask of 60 pieces. The minifig selection (Resistance Pilot and a BB unit) fits the set's identity without overpromising. Where it loses ground is the build itself, which is mostly stacking and snapping with little to surprise you. For $20 it's a fine impulse buy; for anything beyond that, the larger X-wing sets are doing something this one simply can't.
