At first glance the Resistance Bomber looks like a mid-tier Star Wars set riding the Last Jedi wave — and in some ways it is. The $109.99 retail price felt steep for what you got, and the build itself is more functional than inspired. Five minifigs sounds solid until you realize the lineup is heavy on background characters most kids couldn't name. But the secondary market told a different story as this one quietly appreciated post-retirement, making it the rare bomber that actually delivered. Display potential is there if you're a TLJ loyalist, and the scale does carry some shelf weight. The Finch Dallow variant specifically is a blip on most collectors' radar, which is part of what makes it interesting to track. Overall a B- that earns more respect in hindsight than it got on the shelf.
