The minifig lineup here is legitimately the headline: six characters for a Ninjago vehicle set is a solid haul, and fans of the theme will appreciate the roster. The build itself is fine — it's a combat vehicle that does what it says on the box, nothing more, nothing less. Where this set stumbles is the price. A hundred dollars for 561 pieces puts it in a bracket where LEGO® has better options, and that gap is hard to ignore. Display-wise it won't anchor a shelf, but it won't embarrass one either. For a Ninjago collector filling out a collection, it's a reasonable — if reluctant — pickup. Everyone else should probably wait for a sale.
